Rusty Navigator

Note: Rusty Navigator requires libpcap to be installed.  This allows your computer to listen to network traffic. Install this first! If you do not have the Microsoft VC++ Redist installed, you will need this as well for WinPcap to operate correctly.  Im going to build an installer shortly that has all this included.
